Procurement Administrator | 12-Month Contract

  • Location: Onsite (parking available)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible start/finish times available)
  • Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

About the Role

Joining a supportive, close-knit procurement team of 3 within a broader department of 15, you will serve as the primary operational contact person for the business nationally. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, this role focuses on end-to-end purchasing administration, contract compliance, and maintaining seamless supplier relationships.

Day-in-the-Life & Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Convert requisitions to purchase orders, manage internal orders, and follow up on order forms to ensure timely delivery.
  • System & Inbox Management: Act as the central contact for business-wide inquiries, manage the procurement inbox, review signed agreements, and input documentation into SAP.
  • Compliance & Logistics: Manage process administration, navigating process complexities to maintain full compliance across all purchasing activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate daily with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and track order status.

Top 3 Core Priorities

  1. End-to-end SAP order processing and system data entry.
  2. Managing the central procurement inbox and document verification.
  3. Proactive supplier and internal stakeholder follow-up.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Essential (Non-Negotiable): Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory. Strong administrative discipline, process-driven thinking, and clear communication skills.
  • Experience: Ideally 3 to 5 years in a purchasing, supply chain, or heavy administration role. We are looking for someone with solid core skills who remains keen to learn and adapt.
  • Work Style: High attention to detail, strong compliance focus, and a collaborative team attitude.
